生化機理  MEHP is a bioactive metabolite of DEHP which inhibits the 17,20 lyase activity of CYP17. MEHP has been shown to modulate the expression of a broad spectrum of genes, including the downregulation of the steroidogenic genes Insl3, expressed in Leydig cells, and Inha, expressed in both Leydig and Sertoli cells during fetal life. It has also been shown to induce apoptosis in germ and Sertoli cells via disruption of junction complexes.
